New Holland TS 135 Being remapped / Chipped Via diagnostic port |
The above map shows a typical torque file modification of a Tier 3 tractor |
We can now tune your New Holland T6030 / T6040/ T6050 /T6060/ T6070/ T6080 & T7030 / T 7040 / T7050 / T7060 / T7070 / T7080 / T8000 series / TS / TM / TVT 195 series tractors and CR9060/ CR 9070 /CR 9080 CX 8050 / CX 8060 /CX 8070 / CX860 / CX 880 FR 9050 / FR 9060 FX 28 / FX 30 / FX 38 / FX 40 /FX 50 combines using the latest Flash tuning equipment. This allows us to modify the ECU without removing it from the tractor and therefore leaving NO physical trace that the ECU has been opened or modified. We connect our hardware to the tractors diagnostic port, which allows us to access the relevant maps required for an efficient remap.
This has significant advantages over plug in tuning boxes as even the most advanced injector duration systems can offer. They can only affect the amount of fuel introduced by either increasing rail pressure or altering how long the injector opens for! Re mapping or chipping the New Holland T6000 & T7000 series tractors we can access 3 fuel maps 2 torque maps, and the torque limiter and 2 air flow maps. After studying the maps from various models in the range it was found that the lower HP models in the range are not restricted in the fuelling BUT in the torque maps. This is important as most of the complaints we here about new tier3 tractors is the lack of torque in the required areas.
When remapping we can access all the systems present that the manufacturer uses to achieve the desired power. These parameters include Fuelling, Boost, Smoke and Torque maps amongst others. In fact when you look at the differences in the different power out puts of say the latest T6000 & T7000 very little of the differences to reach the different powers in the range are in the fuelling maps!! . The biggest differences are in the torque maps. A quality remap can unlock the power of the models above without just increasing the fuelling!! In fact the lowest HP T6000 series is rated at 125 hp and the highest T7000 series is rated at 157hp using the SAME ENGINE and ECU! We have taken a T6070 to 182 HP ( Dyno tested ) and although this is an approx 45% increase from standard it is only 16% above the highest spec T7000 series .However the most impressive feature was that at 940 RPM on the PTO it was still holding 163 hp!!.
Remapping or chipping the lower HP New Holland tractors in the range is only releasing the power held back by the manufacturer and transforms them into the equivalent of the higher HP more expensive tractor and with better torque characteristics .
