Rapid HVD John Deere Tuning system
We are pleased to announce that due to Rapid Tunings continual development we can now offer a far more advanced chip tuning unit for most of the latest John Deere common rail tractors including the 30 series including 30 series premium and the JD5090R models
Most chip tuning boxes on offer at the moment are devices that plug into the end of the common rail pressure sensor and modify the signal resulting in increased fuel rail pressure to deliver more fuel.
The new RAPID HDV John Deere chip tuning unit connects to the fuel pump controller with original equipment specification connectors (NO CUTTING OF WIRES) and alters the injector duration. This achieves the required level of fuelling without increasing rail pressure. This method of tuning John Deer tractorsis showing improved torque back up in the lower rev ranges and better fuel economy gains over the RAPID C.R. pressure unit
This method of tuning the latest John Deere 30 series Premium tractors removes the issues associated with over pressuring the fuel system and tripping or having to modify the pressure relief valve.
